RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that our products are in perfect condition before being shipped to our customers.

Right to Return

You have the right to return your wig within 14 days without giving any reason. Please note that this right only apply to non-customise wigs.

The return period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you purchased the wig.

To exercise the right of return you must notify us at josliwigs@gmail.com or call 0034604387985 of your decision to return your wig by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, via e-mail or phone).

In order to comply with the return deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding your exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

Consequences of any Return

In case of any return by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs, if applied (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to return. We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product.

You must return or deliver the product directly to us, without undue delay and in any case no later than within 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to return your wig. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if you make the return of the product before the deadline has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the product.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the product resulting from a handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Exceptions to the right to Return

The right for return will not be applicable to products that refer to:

- Wigs made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly customised.
