Please allow 10 to 15 working days to process your pre-order wig. And up to 20 business days for customisation . Express shipping only if the wig is available in stock. 

Free shipping only within Spain. 

Free normal shipping outside Europe country for orders over 350€.

Shipping for order less than 350€ will cost 20€

Shipping within Spain take between 1-3 working days.

Shipping outside Spain take between 3-5 working days.

Orders placed outside our opening hours will be processed the next day.

DHL, Correos and Zeleris are in charge of delivering your order to your door step.

Once we process the shipment we send you the full tracking number once we send your order.

Please note that Josliwigs is closed on Sundays, orders placed on this day will be process from Monday.

Please note that we do not accept returns, changes or modifications on custom wigs once the wig is made.
