By using our website, you agree to allow third parties to process your IP address in order to determine your location for currency conversion purposes. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie on your browser (a temporary cookie that is automatically deleted when you close your browser). We do this so that the selected currency remains selected and consistent when browsing our website so that prices can be converted to your local currency.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect personal information from you such as your name, address and email. When you browse our store, we may also automatically receive your Internet Protocol (IP) equipment in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we can send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, coordinate a delivery or return a purchase, you consent to our using it for that specific purpose only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will ask you directly for your express consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How can I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our shop is created in Shopify Inc. who provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services for you.

The data is stored through Shopify data storage, databases and the Shopify applications in general. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card details. It is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only for the time necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After the transaction of your purchase is completed, the information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards established by PCI-DSS as administered by the PCI Security Standards Board, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements ensure secure management of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - SERVICES TO THIRD PARTIES

In general, third party providers used by us may only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, some third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information they must provide to them for their purchase related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read the privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that some providers may be located or have facilities that are in a different jurisdiction from you or us. Once you leave our website store or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service of this website.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement new generally accepted industry standards.

Here is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them here, so you can choose whether or not to exclude cookies.

Session_id, unique Shopify token, sessions, allows to store information about the session (Referrer, landing page, etc).

Shopify_visit no data maintained, persistent for 30 minutes since last visit, used by our internal stats tracker provider website to record the number of visits

shopify_Uniq, no data maintained, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) the next day, the number of visits to a shop by a single customer is counted.

cart, single token, persistent for two weeks, information about the contents of your cart is stored.

Secure_session_id, unique token

window, session_digest, unique token, undefined if the store has a password, this is used to determine if the visitor has current access.

SECTION 7 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

If our store is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
