WEAR YOUR WIG TO THE GYM

We all know exercising is like the main form of stress relieving whenever we feel stressed or down. However we all want to keep looking good why in the, and for those suffering hair loss normally find it difficult to exercise wearing a wig.So we are giving you some tips on how to wear your wig when doing some workout in the gym to avoid it sliding back while exercising.

TIP 1

WIG CAP: Wear a wig cap under the wig whichever way you prefer to exercise. It will prevent the wig lining absorbing too much sweat and from sliding back. It can also reduce the frequency of washing your wig and makes it last long. Our wig cap is lightweight and breathable to make your scalp feel cool.

TIP 2

SHORT STYLE: Wearing a short wig will make you feel more comfortable while doing your workout because it will make you feel less hot and is easier to tuck it behind your ears and avoid it falling off your face while exercising.

And as for those that does not have a short wig, you can wear a long wig but be sure to tie it into a small ponytail or braid it to keep it the hair off your face. TIP 3

LIGHTWEIGHT: Is the best kinds of wig to wear while working out. We recommend a body wave texture wigs, they are the best choice if you are going to be sweaty and need to feel a breeze on your scalp.

TIP 4

OLD WIG: We recommend you wear an old wig for a workout cause sweat is unavoidable while exercising.  to avoid damaging the hair fibers by washing it frequently  it has to be an old wig or a less expensive wig.

TIP 5

WIG TAPE AND HEADBAND: For security reasons we recommend wearing headbands and wig tapes while you are working out. All the movement and tension can be pulling on your hair, If you don't secure your wig properly, you will probably experience accidental slipping so want to be sure your wig straps, clips and combs are securely in place. You can also add a few bobby pins at the ear tab to keep your wig in one spot.

TIP 6

BALL CAP: Wearing a hat is a great choice for exercise. place any ball cap over your wig and put it in a low ponytail. And you have a cool solution to overheating. If you have a wig that can no longer be restored  for day to day wear, make it your gym wig. By wearing an old wig to the gym, you avoid damaging any of your newer pieces. If you happen to have a ball cap, it can be a good way to secure your wig.
